Started from Kmart and ended up at Kabuki. Not very long as you might say, but it ended up being 4 miles! Man...what a walk. We walked in one of the nicest neighborhoods so far. We didnt know it was a gated community until the end. Saw a few for sale if you have $700,000. We walked in a new one and from the balcony we say Franklin Rd. We were right above the Mexican restaurant. People seemed comfortable as they left their garage doors open, blinds wide open, barely lit streets, etc. As we were leaving this neighborhood we saw the gates closing so we had to hustle to make it out alive.

Nice weather on our walk today. I believe it was around 69 degrees! Tried our two car thing today by parking my car at one end of Franklin and Johns on the other near UPS. Walked up Franklin and headed into the old UKrops building parking area. It was creepy. Walked up Wonju and stopped by the Recycle place and noticed a nice statue. We have a DAY shot on the unique page. I need to find a better camera for taking pics in the night. Arrived at Johns car and headed to Firehouse Subs to eat. About an hour later John was taking me home. As we arrived on my street we both forgot something......MY CAR! So we did what had to do at my house and John drove me back to pick up my car. Getting old sucks.

Ok, started at Lincoln Terrace this evening. Shane joined us but no Sarah. As soon as we got out of my car, which by the way we used two for this walk, Shane told us not to put our hands in our pockets due to suspicions of us carrying weapons. Later on the walk he stated not to wear our hoodies due to the obvious. As we walked down Hunt Ave he stated we shouldnt stare at certain things. By this time a car drove by and we heard a POW POW, it was the car going over a loose manhole! So yeah it was a nervous walk for some subconscious reason but we survived. By the time we were 3/4 done w/ the walk John mentioned that he forgot his keys in my car about a mile back down the road so we headed back thru the area and got into my car and parked next to his car and finished the walk. So the two car thing didnt go as planned! I dont think I like walking at night since we cant see much of the areas we visit, so we may walk during the weekends during light.

Another decent walk today. Every 10 feet or so was a different smell; laundry, food, dogs, smoke, etc. Made us hungry after awhile so we walked then ate at Five Guys :)

It gets dark now pretty early, so by the time we finished walking, it was pitch black. Nothing was going on in this area as we walked by. Didnt see anything unusual either so it was a pretty plain ole walk this eve.

John was late getting off work and since we were meeting at Wendys I decided to get a frosty. Havent had one of those in a long time. Just as I finished, John pulled up and we started our walk. Saw a few homes w/ Halloween decorations.
